BRIGHTENG STUDIO
Game privacy.
Effective October 20, 2026
This policy covers Dismantle to Play, published by BrightEng Studio. For information about this promotional website and its analytics, see our website privacy notice.
Your game data
You do not need a BrightEng account to play. Campaign saves, settings, daily records, medals, achievement progress and cached Supporter status are stored on your device. BrightEng does not operate a game analytics or cloud-save service. Removing the game removes its local records, subject to your operating system’s backup settings.
Game Center
On iOS, Apple Game Center can authenticate your Apple gaming profile and receive achievement progress and leaderboard scores. The game can display your Game Center nickname and Apple’s dashboard. Your scores and profile may be visible to others according to Apple’s features and your account settings. The game keeps a local queue of progress awaiting delivery and records successful deliveries. Game Center is subject to Apple’s privacy policy; manage your profile and sharing in your device’s Game Center settings. Local gameplay remains available when Game Center is unavailable.
Optional advertisements
Mobile builds integrate Google AdMob for occasional interstitial advertisements between completed runs. Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents privacy choices before ad requests. The game requests non-personalized ads and disables publisher first-party identifiers. These choices do not mean that the advertising SDK processes no data.
Advertising services may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP, device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Desktop and web game builds do not request ads.
Your advertising choices
When available, open the game’s Privacy screen and choose Ad Privacy Choices to review or change your consent or opt-out choices. You can also use Apple’s and Google’s device and account privacy controls. Gameplay remains available if consent or advertising services are unavailable. Supporter removes in-game ad requests and display. The game does not request Apple’s tracking authorization or access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise location.
Purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes purchases on the corresponding platform. BrightEng does not receive your payment-card details. The game checks verified ownership of the one-time Supporter purchase and caches its status locally; on Android, it sends the required purchase acknowledgement to Google Play. Restore uses your store account. Store records, refunds and related data processing are governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies.
Feedback, retention and deletion
A feedback export creates a file containing game state and action history on your device. It is not automatically uploaded or sent. Share it only if you choose to. Local records remain until you delete them or remove the game; backups follow your device settings. Apple and Google control retention and deletion of data they process through their services. Use their privacy controls for those records.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@brighteng.org. If you contact us, we use your email and message to respond. We will update this page when the game’s services or practices change.
